Jeylon:

It is not just you, Adobe Flash is a mess. It is also a security nightmare. If it crashes every time you need it then it clearly is not doing you any good. You can go to Start > Programs and Features and uninstall it. The good news is, most Web sites no longer need it. Also, you mentioned that you are running the Google Chrome browser, which has its own built-in version of Flash for the handful of sites that do need it. However, Chrome sandboxes the Flash plugin so it cannot do any harm. You should have no problems going forward.

If the fan is constantly running, it could be the laptop overheating. It could also be a firmware issue. Since the laptop is relatively new, you should rule out the firmware first. Go to the Dell Support Web site, enter your Service Tag, and check for BIOS updates. First, make sure the laptop is PLUGGED IN and FULLY CHARGED, then carefully follow Dell's instructions to install any updates. If the fan still sounds like a jet engine after that, then get yourself a can of compressed air to blow it out.
