OMER is tired of Microsoft nagging him to upgrade to Windows 11. Does he really need to do this right now or can he stay on Windows 10 for a while longer?
You do NOT need to upgrade right now. Windows 10 won't hit End-of-Life status until 10/14/2025.

DUSTY is looking for an alternative to Adobe Acrobat. Several years ago, he had a bad experience with their Customer Support and he wants to try a different product. He's looking for a full-featured PDF suite. What's the best option?
I'm not an expert on PDF suites but I do recall using a trial version of Foxit PDF Editor many years ago. It was a solid product back then, and I see it's still getting solid reviews today. Foxit still offers a free trial and then you can purchase it for 12.83 per month or $109.99 per year (Foxit PDF Editor Suite for Individuals 2023). Let me know how you make out with it.

GABI lives in a three-story concrete house. She and her roommates are getting terrible wi-fi range and bandwidth, despite having Verizon FiOS. Any suggestions?
She said they have a desktop PC in the first floor den and a laptop in the spare room on the third floor. That's all she's worried about. I suggest you give the new Wi-Fi 6 networking gear a shot . . .
You'll need to purchase a wireless adapter for each computer. Put the router into Access Point (AP) Mode and then plug it into one of the LAN ports on the back of your existing modem/router. That should do it. Call/Email me if you run into any problems.
