STOP USING THAT COMPUTER IMMEDIATELY.

The virus problems that you are having are definitely related to Windows XP. It is no longer safe to run it. Microsoft ended Extended Support on April 8, 2014. This means no more support and/or updates. That computer is at least eleven years old. Time to buy a new one. Learning Windows 10 will be a bit of a hassle for you but you will be better off in the long run.

According to The Wirecutter, the best dash cam is the Zero Edge Technology Z-Edge Z3 ($105.99 at Amazon). I am not an expert on dash cams but I trust The Wirecutter's recommendation. Write me back to let me know whether it met your needs.
