ELIJAH is legally blind. For years, he has used a screen reader on his computer and is now looking for a smart phone that can accommodate him. I did a little research and found lots of articles touting the iPhone for its accessibility options. Here are a couple of links. Be sure to write back and let me know how you made out.

LILY is looking for an in expensive tablet that can serve as a laptop replacement for her. Try the Amazon Fire Tablet. It costs just $50 and the feature set should be more than adequate for the basic Web surfing and social media access that you want.
