DERICKA recently lost her iPad. If she uses Find My iPad to get a location, how accurate will it be?

Under perfect conditions it can isolate the iPad's location to within a few meters. However, if the conditions are not so perfect then it could be off by as much as a hundred meters! Also, under no circumstances should you attempt to recover the iPad yourself. Contact your local police and tell them what is going on. Let them help you.

A couple of months ago, TODD bought a new HP computer from Sam's Club. Within days he started having problems with it. He thinks he got a lemon. Should he contact HP or Microsoft to get it fixed?

Try taking it back to Sam's Club first. If the return window for Sam's is closed then you probably have at least a one year hardware warranty with HP. Try them next. Microsoft will not be able to help at all.
