NATE has a Windows 10 laptop that is throwing a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) every time he starts it up. Help!

Unfortunately, NATE is in Arizona. Otherwise I would head over and take care of this for him. A BSOD is most likely a symptom of a driver issue if it happens during boot.

Go HERE and follow the instructions under "From a black or blank screen" to boot the computer into Safe Mode. Once you get into Safe Mode, go to C:\Windows and look for a file named ntbtlog.txt. The last line in the boot log will be the driver that is causing the BSOD. Uninstall that driver and then download/install the latest one.
