RION found his old iPod Nano and wants to get the music off of it. He tried connecting it to his PC and iTunes recognized it but the Nano is grayed out. Any suggestions?

ELIJAH is trying to solve a problem for his church. The church leaders have all been emailing documents back and forth. It is not working out very well. They are always having compatibility issues and/or somebody ends up using a document that is out of date. Is there a better way to do this?
Just use Google's Cloud services. Sign up for one Google account, give the login/password to everybody, and then you are good to go. There will be one copy of everything stored in the Cloud, updated in real time, that everyone has access to.
