RANDY wants to know how to speed up his computer?
Unfortunately, RANDY lives in Tennessee or I would head over and take care of these upgrades for him. I spoke briefly with him. His laptop is only two years old but it has an AMD processor, only 4GB of memory (RAM), and a 500GB 5400 RPM hard drive. In this case, he has a budget laptop that is slow due to hardware not software. There are two upgrades that he can make that will dramatically speed up his computer.
Install a 1TB solid state drive (SSD).
Replace the two 2GB sticks of RAM with two 4GB sticks.

LEWIS asked whether he should put up a Web site for his business or go with a Facebook page instead?
I recommend that you do BOTH. The worst thing you can do is go with a Facebook page alone. NEVER build your business on someone else's platform. You will have no control and the page can be censored or taken away from you at any time. And with little or no recourse. You can even have the exact same content on both but always have at least one platform that you control.

FELISHIA has an older desktop computer that only has USB 2.0 ports. Is there a way to upgrade them to USB 3.0 ports?
You cannot upgrade the existing USB 2.0 ports but you can add USB 3.0 ports by installing an expansion card like this one.
