K.C. has a LastPass account but he lost his Master Password. He is waiting for a reply from LastPass Support. Any advice in the meantime?
Sorry but if you cannot remember or find your Master Password then you will have to either . . .
reset your LastPass account (to keep the same User Name) or
create a brand new LastPass account and reenter all of your data

DONNA recently bought a Logitech 1080p Pro Stream Webcam but cannot get it to work. How does she get it set up?
The drivers for the Webcam are already built into Windows 10, so your computer should automatically recognize it when you plug it into a USB port. After that, whatever video conferencing software you use will "see" it as well. Click HERE to open Logitech's support page. For troubleshooting steps, click the + next to "Webcam is not detected by computer".

RACHEL got a warning that her data has been found on the Dark Web. Is there anything she can do about that?
Unfortunately, no. Data breaches happen all the time. I recommend that you identify your major accounts - e.g. banking, credit card, etc. - and change those passwords at least once per year. Use a password manager to pick passwords that are long and totally random. You can also click HERE to check if your information has been compromised.
