You can use the GarageBand app for iOS to record your ring tone. Once you have it the way you want, follow the directions HERE to transfer it to your iPhone.

The VPN protects your privacy by routing your Internet traffic through a special server. The service provider may have dozens of these servers scattered all over the World. To make sure you always get connected to the closest/fastest available server, go into the settings and check the box to let the software automatically choose the best server.
