XIMENA asked what is the difference between an computer monitor and an HDTV?

I do NOT recommend connecting your computer to an HDTV unless you are planning to sit at least 5 feet away from it.

In general, computer monitors offer higher resolution than HDTVs, as they are intended for close-up viewing. They will also have a higher DPI and refresh rate. HDTVs are usually bigger but if you sit too close you can usually see the individual pixels on the screen. This makes them less than ideal for use as a computer monitor.

DAMIAN wants to get his mother a smart watch. She has some health issues and he is concerned about her falling and/or wandering off by herself. Recommendations?

I contacted DAMIAN for more information. Among other things, his mother has balance issues and has fallen a couple of times. Get her an Apple Watch. Fall Detection is built-in to Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 4 or later. Click HERE for details.
