PRESTON AND JENNY have a Windows 7 laptop. A couple of years ago, their grandson helped them upgrade to Windows 10 but they did not like it and went back to Windows 7. What are their options? Can they keep using Windows 7?

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Windows 7 is "end-of-life" - i.e. no longer supported and massively vulnerable from a security standpoint. It is time to upgrade to Windows 10.
